Adult sites should also be allowed for buy/sell
Every user watch porn/adult whenever he has time and i think sex is also a necessary part of our life like food, air and all. so i dont think there is any harm in allowing adult sites for buy/sell section. it will generate more business for all buyers/sellers + business for SP. (though i think they already have plenty of it. lol)
One of the primary reasons we don’t allow adult sites (even hidden from users who don’t want them) is that SitePoint staff would be required to moderate those auctions. We do not currently have any staff willing to work with adult material on a regular basis.

well admin, if you allow, i am willing to do work with SP within your guidelines and i can devote daily time on it for sure. i remain most of the time online on sp and all work is online so time is not a consideration for me.

I totally Agree. The reason I believe that you don't allow Adult sites/XXX is that there might be children visiting the site, but I tell you, nothing can be done to stop people from viewing porn if they want. Selling them should be allowed since it will not cause any huge problem I guess as porn is accessible to everyone for free.

I think this is a great idea Logician and perhaps the category could be protected by an age verification step. So there will be no way to view the listings without registration first.

Maybe you can put it in a special category which does not appear in the main list but requires you to visit the subcategory to view classified listings.
